Unlike a traditional shop, you don't have to bring anything to us. Send photos on WhatsApp, we give you a price the same day, and we come to you.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Send photos WhatsApp us clear photos of the item — front, back, any signature, label, serial number or damage. Tell us where the item is located.

2. Get an offer the same day For most items we reply within a few hours. For art, jewellery and watches we may ask for additional photos or documents before quoting.

3. We collect and pay We arrange pickup at a time that suits you, anywhere in the UAE. You are paid on collection — cash or bank transfer, your choice.

THE 14-DAY BUYBACK OPTION

Changed your mind? Take it back.

When you sell to us, you can request our Buyback Option. If you do:

  • We hold your item for 14 calendar days from the date we pay you
  • Within those 14 days you can buy it back for exactly what we paid you — not a dirham more
  • The item is not listed, not sold and not shipped during that period
  • To take it back, contact us on WhatsApp before the 14 days expire and collect it from our warehouse
  • Bring the same ID you used at the sale

After 14 days the item goes on sale and the option ends. There is no extension.

Important, so there are no misunderstandings:

  • The Buyback Option must be agreed at the time of sale and is noted on your receipt. It cannot be added later.
  • It applies to the whole item as sold, in the same condition. It is not a partial or exchange right.
  • This is not a loan and there is no interest, no fee and no charge of any kind. It is a sale with a repurchase option, and you are free to use it or not.

WHAT WE BUY

Art — Original works and signed limited edition prints (numbered, e.g. 11/20). Photograph the signature and the edition number before contacting us. Provenance, certificates and gallery labels increase what we can pay.

Jewellery & watches — Gold, silver, platinum, diamonds and branded watches. Boxes, papers, receipts and certificates matter. Send clear photos of hallmarks, serial numbers and any documentation.

Furniture & design — Yes, including large pieces. We have warehouse space in RAK and Sharjah and our own transport, so sofas, dining sets, wardrobes and outdoor furniture are all fine.

Lighting, décor & carpets — Designer lighting, mirrors, handmade rugs, sculpture.

Collectibles & rare finds — Vintage objects, marine and automotive parts, cameras, instruments, curiosities. If you're not sure, ask.

Electronics & tools — Recent-generation devices, professional tools and equipment. Devices must be fully logged out of all accounts and free of passwords before collection.

WHAT WE DON'T BUY

  • Items you cannot prove you own
  • Counterfeit or replica branded goods of any kind
  • Weapons, ammunition and restricted items
  • Mattresses, used bedding and upholstered items in poor condition
  • Damaged white goods and non-working electronics without resale value
  • Anything requiring a licence we do not hold

Leaving the UAE? Don't spend three weeks selling piece by piece to people who don't show up.

We buy whole apartments and villas — furniture, art, electronics, kitchen, everything. One visit, one price, one payment. We clear the property and you fly.

Send a WhatsApp with a short video walkthrough. We will tell you the same day whether we're interested and what we can pay. Same service for office clearances, gym closures and business liquidations.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Do you value items for free? We quote a price we are willing to pay. That is not a formal valuation or appraisal, and we don't provide appraisal services or written valuations for insurance or probate.

Can you tell me what my item is worth if I'm not selling? No. We're a trading business, not an appraisal service. For that, contact an auction house or a certified appraiser.

Do you buy from outside the UAE? We buy within the UAE only. We ship worldwide when we sell, but we do not buy items located abroad and we cannot accept items sent to us by post.

What do I need to have ready? Emirates ID or passport, and any documents that came with the item — receipts, certificates, boxes, papers. For jewellery and watches, documentation directly affects the price.

How do you pay? Cash or bank transfer on collection. For higher values we prefer bank transfer, for both sides' protection.

Do you charge anything? No. There are no fees, no commission and no collection charge. The price we quote is the amount you receive.

Is my information kept private? Yes. We record what we are legally required to record and nothing more. We never publish where an item came from.

Can I sell on behalf of someone else? Only with written authorisation from the owner and copies of both IDs.

OUR PROMISE

We tell you what we know and what we don't. If we're unsure whether something is authentic, we say so and price accordingly — we don't guess in our favour and we don't guess in yours.

If you'd rather keep it, keep it. That's what the 14 days are for.
